About Anitra Lahiri
A registered yoga teacher (ERYT-200, RYT-500) with over 30 years of practice, Anitra Lahiri is a descendant of Lahiri Mahasaya, a renowned yogi in the Kriya Yoga tradition. She combines her deep knowledge of yoga with certifications in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Reiki (Levels I & II), Smart Recovery Facilitation, and End-of-Life Doula training. Her Bachelor’s degree in English from NYU and over 1,200 yoga teaching hours further enrich her expertise in guiding individuals toward wellness.
Anitra believes in the transformative power of yoga and invites all adults, regardless of experience, to explore healing through movement, breathwork, and meditation.
